HORFC is dedicated to advancing the sport of youth rugby and fostering learning lifelong lesson through sports. HORFC is committed to teaching:
(1) the fundamentals and traditions of the game of rugby to youth players, coaches, and parents,
(3) sportsmanship and the concept of fair play, and honoring the game,
(4) positive coaching,
(5) love of the game and having fun.
Our coaches pledge to teach the fundamentals and values of the game and, most importantly, see that everyone has fun. HORFC's goal is for each and every participant to feel like they have made a contribution to themselves as well as to their respective team. HORFC strives to develop players with the skills to play at the college level and beyond.
HORFC is a 100% volunteer organization and we welcome volunteers to join. You do not need rugby experience to get involved. If you are interested in coaching, assistant coaching, or participating in another volunteer position, please sign up here
. The league will provide parents with training to learn how to get certified to teach rugby.
